My Thoughts on Bullying

Though i am a firm believer that we live in a binary reality, controversial topics like bullying definatly make a case against that. Bullying has and always will be a problem in most, if not all, schools everywhere. It seems to me that it is only human nature to try to be "dominant" and bullying is just a way that some people use to find that dominance. Is bullying bad; yes and no. There have been countless suicides and psychotic rampages because of bullying, but there has also been countless geniuses that claim they wouldn't be where they are now if it wasn't for that special someone(that being the bully of course). Bullying, to me, is not really a problem. Everyone talks smack to each other now-a-days and it's getting more and more common with each passing generation. I honestly believe that this will be integrated into our way of living. The only real problem when it comes to bullying is physical bullying. Punching someone in the face is in no way horsing around or simply a joke. With words you can joke around about someone in a way that might even make them laugh, so i don't entirely see what's wrong about it but at the same time i don't see what's right.

My Favorite Movie

My favorite movie of all time probably has to be "The Breakfast Club." The breakfast club is a brilliant film, directed by John Hughes, that describes the life of certain individuals. All of the characters are relatable in one form or another and that's partially why I like it. One thing that made me pick this movie over "Reservoir Dogs" or "Guardians of the Galaxy" is that it sort of makes you assume the rolls of each person. In the beginning it makes it seem like the characters are all filling their stereotypical rolls, but as the story unwinds you slowly get to know them better. This movie really knows how to appeal to emotion and I'd be lying if i said I didn't shed a tear or two while watching this movie. It's also got it's funny moments which add onto the overall appeal of the movie. I personally think that this movie is a lot better when you watch it with someone else, but that doesn't mean it's still not enjoyable watching it by yourself. I give it a 10 out of 10!
